We are now looking for a Performance Management Consultant for versatile expert tasks in Norway.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Performance Management Consultant, you will work in the design, definition, and implementation projects of business planning solutions we implement for our customer companies. Your duties include requirements definition, technical configuration, and modeling of the solution, as well as maintenance and small development tasks for the customer’s already existing solutions.

You get to develop our customers’ management processes and apply your knowledge in a wide range of fields with professional colleagues and leading companies in the Nordic countries.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND MINDSET

Success in the job requires, for example, commercial training and work experience and an interest in utilizing business planning technologies. You enjoy working with customers and delving into customer projects. You can communicate fluently with the management and financial experts of customer companies. You are able to understand the customer’s business quickly and form a picture of the customer’s needs based on that. Your good interaction and cooperation skills help us and our customers to achieve the jointly agreed goals.

To succeed in the role you have:

  • Relevant work experience in management accounting and preferably also in a consulting role
  • Experience with planning technologies, for example: Planning Analytics, TM1, Jedox, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights/Workday
  • Willingness and readiness to adopt new technologies
  • Interest in working as a consultant and implementing solutions for our customers
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Seen as a bonus:

  • Nordic language skills (e.g. Norwegian, Swedish)

LOCATION AND OTHER DETAILS

Your location can be in Oslo or remote in Norway. The job is full-time and permanent. The work will start flexibly according to our mutual agreement.
